Following a light lunch and time for networking, this short training will provide information and tools to help farmers and market managers accept and process the monthly Fruit and Vegetable Checks (FVC) issued by your local WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Supplemental Nutrition Program.

Valued at $8 and $11 per person per month year round, the FVC offers a great opportunity to grow your customer base among families with young children who love to shop at neighborhood farmers’ markets.
